Careers

HindmanSanchez is a small, but growing, boutique firm whose practice is limited to representing community associations. We represent over 1,500 associations throughout the front range and mountains. Our firm is known state wide and nationally for its community association law expertise. We are located in Arvada (I-70 and Ward Road), about 15 minutes from downtown Denver. We presently have 17 attorneys and a total staff of 50. Additionally, we have a satellite office in Fort Collins. While our practice is concentrated in a specialized area of the law, it includes a variety of substantive legal areas and all types of legal work including litigation, general counsel, and other focused types of transactional law including corporate, administrative, real estate and contract law. We offer our employees challenging and professional work in a fast paced environment. Our employees are both committed and hard working, as well as supportive and friendly. Because of our relatively small size, our employees are challenged and given the opportunity to test their skills and abilities in a variety of areas and practice groups. Employees receive many opportunities for professional development both in-house and outside the firm through programs and seminars. Our firm offers a comfortable and flexible work environment. Many of our employees have a flex-time schedule to accommodate family and personal needs. We also provide our employees with an in-house workout room, lounges, massages, state of the art technology and equipment, spacious work areas, a business casual dress environment and a host of other perks.

We aren't like other firms and the lawyers who work here aren't like other lawyers. While we all enjoy the intellectual stimulation of the law, we also like helping our condominium and homeowner association clients with practical and legal solutions to their problems. This means understanding our industry better than anyone including our competitors and effectively communicating with the volunteers and professional managers who govern associations. At HindmanSanchez, you need a responsive, client first attitude. We'll ask you to stretch yourself by offering lots of client contact, substantial responsibility and even business development opportunities — all structured within reasonable billing requirements that permit a life outside of the office.
