HindmanSanchez is a small, but growing, boutique firm whose practice is limited to representing community associations. We represent over 1,500 associations throughout the front range and mountains. Our firm is known state wide and nationally for its community association law expertise. We are located in Arvada (I-70 and Ward Road), about 15 minutes from downtown Denver. We presently have 17 attorneys and a total staff of 50. Additionally, we have a satellite office in Fort Collins. While our practice is concentrated in a specialized area of the law, it includes a variety of substantive legal areas and all types of legal work including litigation, general counsel, and other focused types of transactional law including corporate, administrative, real estate and contract law.
